CATERING REQUEST

*We don’t require a deposit. However, we will require you to fill up a credit card form for the full value of the food only to confirm your event.

*We accept payment by electronic transfer, cheque, cash, Visa, AMEX and MasterCard. For ANY Visa or MasterCard, there will be a 3% levy fee added to
the final event total. For AMEX there will be a 4% levy added to the final total.

*Maximum serving time is 2 hours.

*A guaranteed number of guests is required 10 days prior to the event date. Decreases past this date are not accepted.

*EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee will be an estimated revenue for all food, equipment and service requirements based on the original booking or the most recent numbers confirmed. 10 business days prior to the event or less – 100% of the event total. 30 to 11 days prior the event – 30%. Rentals are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
